This Review is for the Appaso pull down kitchen faucet with magnetic docking sprayer in nickel finish. All of these pull downs faucets of major brands are at least $160 to almost $300 so how good could this unknown Chinese made faucet be for $80.The answer is excellent.I have no affiliation with Appaso at all, I’m just thrill to have a great faucet after going through four of them in the last five years. All of my past faucets have been brand name units. Without naming brands all were the single lever handle pull out sprayers and failed for a number of reasons #one, the interior steel frame inside the faucet rusted out and failed, the second had leaking issues with the cartridges and third worked fine but the swivel would get so tight I could not move the sprayer around so, I was on the look for number four. Now I was considering this long gooseneck type and thought I’d take a chance on this brand for $80 bucks.In the back of my mind I’m thinking I hope its not too cheaply made. When it arrived I inspected it ,I was surprised how well it looked, the finish was perfect with a nice waterproof finish, the hoses and hardware were very nice it was as good as any brand name stuff I had purchased prior.The installation was easy as were the others. After installing the faucet and using it I could see a lot of though went into designing it. The base of the unit that sat on the sink had a 1/8 O-ring seal recessed into the base rather than just big rubber gasket, water pressure or volume is just right to spray clean or fill with not too much bounce back spray .The sprayer has a rocker switch for direct flow and spray pattern ,the button above it operates an additional narrow hard spray pattern that increases the harder you pushed it, it works in direct and spray settings. The sprayer is plastic which is better than metal easy to maneuver and lighter to seat in holder. The sprayer is also mounted on swivel hose so you can position the buttons in any position you want. This model has a magnetic sprayer docking assist.The other models that do not have the magnetic dock should work great also because it operates with easy with the hose weight ( under the sink) and the magnet does not pull until the last 1/2 inch. the hose can adjust to about 10-12 inch pull out length.The water handle works very smooth and accurate, ( with handle in position pictured ) up and down to adjust water pressure, handle to rear hot , pull forward for cold, The handle can be position when installing, center or left side if needed but when tightened down from underneath does not move.If you’r coming from an older center handle short pull down unit like myself it took a few days to get used to the handle on the right side ,the long goose neck is easier to use as it gives you more room to rinse pots and pans. The goose neck and sprayer swing totally out or the way if doing other things. Because of the long neck I use the pull out sprayer less as the neck moved around better and you find the long neck is in an area you never need.This faucet is a great unit at a fantastic price, looks and works smoother than the expensive units I have purchased,,,,,DonThis faucet is very pretty and looked to be very easy to install. But it is quite tall and there was a little too much brassiness for our liking, so we returned it. One thing I did notice however was that there was no magnetic attachment to keep the pull out portion in place.I would recommend this kitchen faucet to anyone who has the need.Not only is it the nicest looking faucet I've ever owned, but it was definitely the easiest install I've ever done! As a matter of fact, it took me longer to take the old one out than it did to install this new beauty!I shouldn't have waited so long to replace the old one.Thank to Appaso and thank you Amazon!We purchased this faucet in 2021. Just recently the faucet head quit working. The button on the head that switches the spray flow stuck on fine spray only, making rinsing very difficult. We looked for a replacement head, but it was unavailable. We contacted the seller company and they answered back within one day. They offered to replace the head with the closest color and assured that the head would fit the existing hose. Within another day they sent the new spray head. No questions asked, no hassle - just fast, understanding, cooperative service!El hoyo del fregadero se tuvo que ampliar, porque es un poco más grande del estandard en México. No tiene suficiente presión, porque las mangueras son más estrechas que las normales, ya que el tubo debe albergar la manguera extendible del rociador. Aunque vivimos en zona tropical, se necesita agua caliente para los sartenes.La funcionalidad es excelente.Tiene 3 modalidades:- Chorro normal- Regadera (presionando un botón, y se queda hasta que cierre la llave)- Chorro a presión para remover comida (también presionando un botón)La cabeza de la mezcladora tiene un filtro que es fácil de remover gracias a una llavecita que trae incluída, y el interior de la pieza de filtro es totalmente desarmable para limpiar impurezas.El acabado se ve muy elegante y el tubo es giratorio. Es relativamente fácil de instalar y las instrucciones vienen claras.La única nota importante es que el grosor de la rosca interior tiene 3.3 cm de diámetro (33 milímetros) que es un poco más grande que los agujeros convencionales en México. Tenemos cubierta de granito y fue una pesadilla ganar esos milímetros extra, así que midan primero.This faucet was VERY easy to install. I completed it in about 15 minutes. I did not install the bottom plate as my counter is drilled with a single hole. The weight for the auto recoil is easy to move to adjust for the appropriate length. The buttons for spray are convenient and the spray is nice and steady. The recoil is very smooth and the magnet is strong. It matches my stainless steel appliances. One note, if you have a raised bar behind your sink, make sure you will have clearance for the handle to turn on the water. I had to turn the faucet slightly off center to allow enough room for movement, but it doesn't affect the operation and is barely noticeable.Update August 2021:Still have not been able to contact sellerThis is garbage so not buy this junkLost all water pressure on the hot waterTried a few times to get seller to contact me with the call feature provided on AmazonNo responsePurchased in April 2021 stopped working in July 2021
